               Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has
published a recall affecting certain 2001 Ford
Focus automobiles manufactured in March 2001.

On certain passenger vehicles, the seat back

unexpectedly recline. If the seat back
unexpectedly reclines while the car is being

Dealers will replace the seat back recliner handle
spring for the driver and front passenger seats.
